Leapian Service Desk Portal
When you land on the Leapian Service Desk Portal, you can:
Submit a report without creating an Atlassian account: you will not be able to see the issue posted on Leapian Service Desk Portal, but you will still see it on your email. You will be contacted via email and notified of the progress on his enquiry.
Create an Atlassian account: you will be able to see all the conversation so far and have a chat like experience. You will also be able to see the posts, notifications on the portal and your own progress on the bug.
